Spent a few hours on an absolutely fantastic bike tour seeing sites and learning super cool history, including where several sayings come from. Katie was a really amazing guide—interesting, expressive, fun, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Guide, SUPER interesting yet not a ride for a beginner cyclist!
This one was a little tough to review so I am rating based on the guide - Edward! The cycling turned out to be a little scary and difficult for a beginner cyclist with us (along side cars and people who are walking everywhere!). Edward could not have been better in handling this situation with a variety of different people present and he was so incredibly kind to the beginner cyclist. The sites we saw were outstanding, interesting and Edward was very knowledgeable, funny and thoughtful. Super call out to Edward!! Note to potential cyclists - Our tour was 2 - 6 pm on a weeknight. Around 4:00 people started flooding to the streets so we were not only navigating cars, and other cyclists, now we had people EVERYWHERE, and there are many uber eats/other delivery drivers / E-bikes sharing the biking lanes and they ride very quickly, expect us to move, and the bikes had 1 gear.
British. Bike. Hurrah! Informative. Engaging. Highlight!
It was a fantastic experience and a definite highlight! James was so great at giving us facts while making it fun and engaging. I LOVED how cute the bikes were at the whole biking thing experience was very British! Would highly recommend to anyone in London who wants to see and get to know the city and get some exercise in!
James was a lovely host! Knows his history extremely well and was very impressive & witty. Great knowledge of bars as well!

Very great tour, our tour guide James had a lot of knowledge and brought it with lots of humour and entheusiasm. Would really recommend it if you want to know more about the centre of London and have a fun bike ride along the way!

We had an incredible experience with Tally Ho! Our group of four wanted to see London from a fresh perspective, and this was the perfect way to do it. A massive shoutout to Katie, who was absolutely fantastic. She struck that perfect balance of being professional yet casual, making us feel completely at ease while sharing great insights. If you’re looking for a fun, unique way to explore the city, I can’t recommend them enough!

Why people love our tours

Real London experiences, told by real locals

See more in less time

Ride past icons like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and swing by hidden corners most visitors miss.

Fun for everyone

From curious kids to seasoned travellers, our family-friendly private tours are made for all ages.

Stories, not scripts

Our local guides mix history with humor for tours that feel more like adventures with friends.

Your day, your way

Whether on a London bike tour, a private pub ride, a day trip out of town, or a tailored taxi tour, we design every trip around you.

Everything you need to know before your London adventure

Whether you’re joining a bike ride, private taxi tour, or family day out, here’s what to expect and how to make the most of your Tally Ho experience.

Is it safe to cycle in London?

Safer than you might think! We stick to quiet backstreets, parks, and riverside paths — far from the taxi horns and bustle. Our guides are pros at keeping the group together, so you can relax, ring your bell, and enjoy the ride.

Do you offer tours for families with kids?

Absolutely. We’ve got tandems, child seats, and pint-sized bikes so even the littlest explorers can pedal along. Our family routes are designed for smiles, stories, and snack stops, not traffic lights and stress.

Can we book a private or custom tour?

Of course! Maybe it’s a royal birthday jaunt, a pub-packed adventure, or a chauffeured taxi spin — whatever you fancy, we’ll tailor it just for your group. London’s full of stories, and we’ll craft one that’s yours.

What if the weather’s bad or I need to cancel?

A bit of drizzle never stopped a true Londoner! We ride (and drive) in most weather, though safety always comes first. If the forecast turns truly beastly, we’ll happily reschedule or refund. For bike tours, 24 hours’ notice keeps everyone happy.

Why join a guided London tour?

Because London changes faster than a taxi on the green light. Our guides mix history, humour, and hidden corners so you’ll see more, laugh more, and leave with stories to tell. Whether by bike or cab, it’s the most fun you can have sightseeing on two wheels — or four.
